New Multi Million Dollar Contemporary Industrial Business Park Coming to East Bendigo

The Prime Urban Group in conjunction with McKean McGregor are thrilled to unveil an exciting project set to transform the industrial landscape of East Bendigo. A contemporary industrial business park is in the works, featuring 79 units that will cater to a wide range of businesses and needs. This exciting development is poised to address the shortage of industrial land in the region while offering something entirely new and modern.

Creating Something Unique

Development Director, Nick Tissot, is excited about this venture, emphasizing the need to bring a contemporary and innovative project to the local area. "We like to do something that hasn't been done before in the area," he explained. Indeed, this project promises to break new ground in the East Bendigo industrial scene.

Meeting the Demand

The demand for efficient, well-equipped industrial spaces in Bendigo has been steadily rising. According to Jeremy Brown, the Commercial Manager at McKean McGregor, the industrial landscape of East Bendigo plays a vital role in the region's economic growth and development. This project comes at a crucial time when the shortage of available industrial land could potentially hinder the area's growth trajectory.

Diverse Units for Diverse Needs

The business park will offer a diverse range of units, ranging from 105 square meters to 2360 square meters. This diversity ensures that individuals and larger trades with workshops and storage needs will find the perfect fit for their requirements. What's unique is that the warehouses are designed as open shells, allowing occupants to customise the space according to their specific needs and preferences.

Strategic Location

The Melbourne-based company selected East Bendigo for its strategic location. It's in close proximity to the Bendigo CBD, the airport, and an established industrial hub, making it an ideal choice for businesses looking for convenience and accessibility.

A Community Hub for Business

This industrial park goes beyond traditional warehouses. It includes 19 offices, 57 warehouses, two larger factories, and even an onsite cafe. The inclusion of offices facing Rohs Road is a noteworthy aspect, as it creates a potential "community hub." This unique feature offers businesses an opportunity to consolidate their administrative, managerial, and creative functions in one convenient location.

Moving Forward

The Prime Urban Group has been working closely with the City of Greater Bendigo, with an application for a planning permit lodged in early October. They are committed to bringing this innovative and dynamic industrial business park to life, and are looking forward to contributing to the growth and development of East Bendigo

Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project as we continue to move forward and create something extraordinary for the Bendigo community.
