Experienced Residential Property Manager

Our strong culture and dedicated team has ensured the growth of our business and we are excited to commence the search for an experienced superstar to join our Property Management division.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

Work closely with the Property Management team to grow and develop the rental portfolio
Provide an exceptional experience for all clients
Conduct property inspections
Prepare reports and leasing documentation
Manage rent arrears, reviews, lease renewals and maintenance
Vetting tenancy applications
Daily communication with clients
Attendance at VCAT, where required
Be an advocate for the brand
Skills, attributes, knowledge and experience required:

Sound experience and demonstrated success working in property management
Good standard of document processing and skills in utilising CRMs, Google Suite and social media
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritise
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to adapt and focus in a fast paced and diverse work environment

Essential position requirements:

Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate, Agent’s Representative)
Current Police Check
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
Previous experience in a property management role is essential
